Libations & Company – Rich in History
Libations & Co is in historic downtown Lee’s Summit. Our building was built in 1909 by Lee’s Summit’s former mayor Todd George. Born in Kentucky but located with his family as a child, Todd George grew up in Lee’s Summit, raised a family, and built the family home downtown. Once the mayor and Jackson County treasurer, George had a career in real estate, and when you’re at the corner of Third and Douglas, you’re standing next to the George Building 1909. So, the next time you’re by George’s building, stop in at Libations & Co and watch our bartenders create handcrafted cocktails and enjoy live music in the 1909 Club.
